    Shipping costs are calculated automatically through Squarespace based on your location. We use USPS or UPS to deliver your package.

  • Shipping Information

    We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

    Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered during checkout, your order shipment will be delayed until a valid physical address is provided.

  • Orders are shipped depending on preference you can choose either Ground Advantage-ships within 5-7 business days or USPS priority -ships within 2-3 business days.

    • Please note that we don't ship on Saturday past noon, No sundays or national holidays.

  • Order Cancellations

    We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible! If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 60 minutes of placing it.

    After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may have already begun processing.

    If your order has already shipped, it will need to be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.

  • Local Pickup Option – Lockport, NY Area Only

    This pickup option is exclusively available to customers within a 10-mile radius of Lockport, NY.

    • All local pickups must be scheduled via email from hello@castledecor.net.

    • We do not accept pickup requests or inquiries through social media.

    • Pickups will take place at a local coffee shop or public location. Details will be coordinated via email.

    Important Notes:

    • Pickup hours:
      Mon–Fri: 5:00 PM – 7:45 PM
      Sat/Sun: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • You must confirm a pickup date and time within 60 minutes of purchase. If not, your order will be automatically refunded.

    • I reserve the right to deny pickup requests. If denied, your order will either be canceled, refunded, or must be reordered for standard shipping.

  • Our Commitment to Eco-Friendly Packaging

    We're proud to prioritize sustainability in our packaging whenever possible!

    • Honeycomb Kraft Paper Wrap
      Many of our products are wrapped in honeycomb kraft paper—a protective, biodegradable material made from wood pulp that can be easily recycled.

    • 100% Biodegradable Compostable Mailers
      We also use mailers made from PBAT and modified corn starch, compliant with ASTM 6400, EN13432, BPI, and OK COMPOST HOME standards. These are BPA-free, plant-based, contain no microplastics, and reduce carbon emissions by up to 60% compared to traditional plastic.

    • In-Person Orders
      For local or in-person orders, items are wrapped in recycled tissue paper and placed in either a kraft paper gift bag or a tap-lock tuck cardboard gift box.

    • Reused & Repurposed Materials
      We often reuse gently used boxes and even turn older boxes into packing material—nothing goes to waste if we can help it!

    Exceptions to Note:

    • Fragile Items: To ensure safe delivery, fragile items may be packed using bubble wrap for added protection.

    • Vendor Packaging: Some of our vendors use non-eco materials (like styrofoam). To preserve product integrity, we may ship these items in their original packaging.

  • Castle Decor Return Policy

    At Castle Decor, each item is thoughtfully curated and limited. Because of this, all sales are final once your order has been shipped or scheduled for pickup.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
    To help us file a claim with the carrier, please provide:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging as received

    All Castle Decor shipments are insured, and we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

    Please note: Every return is handled personally. If you have a special case, don’t hesitate to reach out! we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

    Missing Packages

    If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package has not arrived:

    • Please allow 24–48 hours, as couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

    • If your order does not arrive within that timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist with filing a claim.

    Returned Parcels

    Any parcel returned by the recipient will be refused and sent back to the sender at their expense.

    Refund: This will be issued as store credit.

  • Many of our products are limited in quantity. To ensure you don’t miss out on the item you want, we recommend placing a new order before starting a return for your original purchase.

    Once your new order is placed, you can begin your return through our Return Center—it’s quick and easy!

  • Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to add or change items. We're also unable to combine separate orders to meet free shipping minimums.
